Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Synthix Group as a creator marketplace. By using the site, buyers and sellers agree to act honestly, keep account information accurate, avoid illegal or misleading listings, respect other users and follow marketplace payment, order, quote and messaging rules.
Marketplace accounts
Users are responsible for their accounts, listings, messages, orders and any activity carried out through their login. Sellers must provide accurate product, service, course and store information. Buyers must provide accurate order, delivery and quote details.
Products and services
Product listings should describe the item being sold, price, options, delivery expectations and important limitations. Service listings should explain whether the work is remote, shippable or in-person, what information is needed for a quote, likely production stages and what is excluded.
Quotes, offers and custom work
Custom service work may use messages, offers, quote deposits and final payment requests. A quote or accepted offer forms the working agreement between buyer and seller. Buyers should only pay when they understand the scope. Sellers should only accept work they can reasonably complete.
Payments and orders
Checkout is handled by the active payment and commerce setup on the site. Order records, deposits, final balances, refunds and payout handling depend on the configured store settings and the site owner’s payment provider.
Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling their listings, delivering goods or services, handling production issues, communicating delays and following relevant laws for their products, services and location. Sellers must not list prohibited, unsafe, misleading or infringing items.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for checking descriptions, asking questions before ordering custom work, paying agreed deposits and final balances, and providing accurate delivery or project information. Buyers should report problems through the available marketplace tools.
Courses and digital content
Courses may be free or paid. Paid course access is added to the buyer account after checkout is marked paid. Course creators are responsible for accuracy, rights to the content and keeping content clear and useful.
Content, Shorts and reviews
Users may upload or publish media, text, reviews and messages where features allow it. Content must not be abusive, illegal, misleading, infringing or designed to manipulate the marketplace.
Limits
The platform provides marketplace tools, page rendering, communication records and checkout routing. Some live payments, payouts and gateway features depend on the active store configuration.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site develops. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
