Terms and Conditions

Important: Synthix Group is a marketplace platform. Independent sellers are responsible for manufacturing, descriptions, dispatch, packaging, shipping and fulfilment of their own products and custom work. Buyers are responsible for checking product descriptions, quote offers, sizes, materials, delivery details, seller information and order details before purchasing or accepting an offer. Synthix facilitates the platform and payment flow but does not manufacture, inspect, ship or physically handle seller products.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers must review listings, quote details, seller availability, shipping countries, dispatch times, product dimensions, materials and file requirements before purchasing or accepting an offer. Buyers are responsible for ensuring custom files and instructions are accurate.

Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, safe materials, production quality, dispatch, shipping, tracking, customer communication and honouring accepted offers.

Deposits and final payment: Custom quote work may use a deposit-first workflow. A buyer may pay a deposit before work begins and then pay the remaining balance before dispatch or delivery. Unless a regulated escrow provider is separately enabled, Synthix does not operate as a formal escrow service. Funds and chargebacks remain subject to WooCommerce, Stripe/payment-provider rules and applicable law.

Synthix Group is operated from the United Kingdom. The platform is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged by Synthix unless this changes later. Sellers remain responsible for their own tax obligations, records and legal compliance.
