Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the type of purchase. Standard physical products may be eligible for cancellation or refund under applicable consumer rules. Custom, made-to-order and personalised work may be limited once production has started, especially where the buyer supplied files, measurements or bespoke requirements.

If an item is not as described, damaged, missing, unsafe or not delivered, buyers should contact the seller and Synthix support. Payment-provider chargeback rules may also apply.

Deposits and final payment: Custom quote work may use a deposit-first workflow. A buyer may pay a deposit before work begins and then pay the remaining balance before dispatch or delivery. Unless a regulated escrow provider is separately enabled, Synthix does not operate as a formal escrow service. Funds and chargebacks remain subject to WooCommerce, Stripe/payment-provider rules and applicable law.
