Seller Agreement

Sellers on Synthix operate as independent makers or businesses. Sellers must create accurate listings, set dispatch times, shipping destinations and shipping costs, respond to quote requests honestly and fulfil orders using their own equipment, couriers and packaging.

Sellers must not list illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or rights-infringing products. Sellers are responsible for refunds, disputes and delivery issues caused by their own listings, shipping or workmanship, subject to consumer law and marketplace policy.

Synthix Group is operated from the United Kingdom. The platform is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged by Synthix unless this changes later. Sellers remain responsible for their own tax obligations, records and legal compliance.
