Shipping and Payment Policy

Synthix uses an eBay-style seller-managed shipping model. Sellers set dispatch time, shipping countries, shipping notes and shipping prices for their own products. Sellers are responsible for packing, postage, courier choice, tracking and delivery communication.

Buyers pay through WooCommerce checkout or through quote/deposit payment links where available. Synthix commission and seller balances are handled through WooCommerce and Dokan settings.

Deposits and final payment: Custom quote work may use a deposit-first workflow. A buyer may pay a deposit before work begins and then pay the remaining balance before dispatch or delivery. Unless a regulated escrow provider is separately enabled, Synthix does not operate as a formal escrow service. Funds and chargebacks remain subject to WooCommerce, Stripe/payment-provider rules and applicable law.

PayPal is not required. UK sellers can use supported card payment providers such as Stripe or WooPayments where available.
